| So a buyer asks to cancel his order placed. I agree on it so i accept the cancellation.
Now the seller gave me a neutral out of nothing. How is this even fair? How to
get this removed in case he doenst reply to my friendly message i've send
him to remove this as it effects my reputation...
He is a new account, so i understand its complicated. But i think if a buyer
asks a cancellation he shouldnt be able to feedback...

Your chances of success are low. I see you had another garbage neutral feddback
from 2017.

They should not be able to. Revisions to this policy have been discussed many
times by many sellers, without success.

It is, such a contentious issue, that no possible solution will be considered
fair by everyone.

It's an issue, longstanding. The uninitiated often do not fully comprehend
the "neutral" on this site, understandably so.

The whole FB system is biased.
People come in confidence seeing "98%" FB, but 98% is bad for a seller - it's
impossible for a buyer to guess this.
But yes, Neutrals should be neutral, not as of right now.

| That's not a deserved neutral, and the current system doesn't work great...
that being said, at least it's the same for everyone.
With enough feedback (say greater than 500), you can be pretty sure that you're
feedback has averaged out to reflect the type of seller you are.
Every seller eventually gets a couple of undeserved negatives or neutrals,
but probably also gets a pass from buyers who legitimately felt like they had
neutral experiences because they fear retaliation.
In the end, very good sellers will have 99%+ ratings and poor sellers will have
98%- ratings so it kind of works (but only if you know how it works). Don't
get me wrong, I'd definitely support improvements in this area.

Seeing your FB History, you've got a Negative because you placed an NPB then
cancelled the NPB...
Solution: always accept cancellation.
But if the buyer doesn't communicate, stick with the NPB, the buyer won't
be able to give a Feedback.

| So I should prepare every orders. Waiting for weeks for payment. when I ask the
brand new buyer with zero feedback and he starts to indoctrinate me how ridiculous
is the shipping price compared with his 1 cent order value, then i should accept
the cancel request and wait for his feedback? This doesn't sounds a good
solution for me.

Do not prepare orders before payment has been made. Make new buyers pay exclusively
with OnSite payment.

Better yet, set up instant checkout or at least enable the "quote"-option. As
a buyer it is frustrating not knowing what final price might be before comitting
to an order.

| You should make your shipping costs available in your shipping terms and set
up shipping methods so the buyers can see estimated shipping cost at the checkout
screen.
You should set a min buy of 1-2 EUR, this should solve the problem of placing
orders of a few cents.
Don’t pick and pack orders until payments received.
You can open NPB after 5 days from invoice date, if the buyer is still not paying
or communicate you can complete it after 7 more days. So it takes 12 days to
complete NPB if the buyer does nothing and you will be protected against neutral
/ negative feedback.

If you are allowing 1c orders in your store, then postage is guaranteed to be
100s of times the cost of the order so I imagine you will attract time wasters
that place small orders then complain about how much postage is compared to the
cost of the parts.
And if you accept paypal, then the paypal fees will wipe out any profit in the
order, unless you charge those fees in the postage and in turn the buyer will
complain more about increased postage for their 1c part.

When I started selling in 2006, that was my first question.
I then decided to never prepare an order before being paid.
I may have lost a couple of dollars in 16 years (in shipping approximations),
but still - I can cancel anything any time with no effort.
Hoping that helps?
