| Refunded another order. USPS 1st class, not show a scan for 2 weeks 
Another package in the same batch showed 1st scan in a week. VA to VA but the
first scan in FL
Our longest detour is a demotic package made a stop overseas, at lest it had
scans along the way and make back safely.
Now we have one package fall into USPS crack:

I totally understand it isn't seller's fault and don't want them
to take a hit, just so frustrated with USPS.

| You are right again, Cory. Seller emailed the shipping label, they switched street
number and zip code. So this one is not on USPS. Hope they will find it.
On the other end, we had an APO order, no scan at all, but buyer marked order
completed. It's a Priority Mail Box, how it made to the destination without
a single scan is beyond me.

It's been a hoot with deliveries of all sorts lately, Andy. But yeah, especially
with the Postal system.

Yes, including customs. Have one in there for a week.
We contacted our local post office and post office at front royal since day 1,
nobody knows what happened to the package. Not at our post office, not there
either. It vanished.

| A week only?  I'm waiting on one in this same International Shipping
Center since December 24th. Apparently you can't file a normal "help request"
when receiving an international package. So I skipped straight to step 3 here:

I just put it in yesterday. So I haven't heard back yet.
For lost domestic US packages the help request or missing mail request does help.
I've never had one completely disappear after I've filed the request.

Have you been filing missing package search requests through the usps website
for all these packages? Usually gets the ball rolling. You can file a missing
package search a week after the package has been mailed. I highly recommend it.

I have a Priority Mail package en route since January 4. It’s worth $100 and
coming from Kansas City, but it’s been bouncing around New York City for a week.
New York is not between Kansas City and North Carolina.
It’s a package of stamps I ordered from USPS.

I had 1 package which was stuck somewhere between Massachusetts and California.
At day 10 I opened a missing mail claim on USPS - you have to sign up for a free
account . Lo and behold the package was delivered the next day. Sometimes I think
you just need to give USPS a swift kick and let them know there is a problem.
I also put in my store terms that it can take 7-10 days to reach a buyer, especially
in the winter with weather delays. I never refund for late packages unless the
USPS cannot find it - I just tell the buyer that I will refund them if the missing
mail search doesn't work.
