Bought this storage box (along with a really cool vintage collection). Good condition
although the inner tray is missing. However, I can't seem to find it in the
catalog.

It looks like part redbox01, BL-picture is awful and found a better here: https://rebrickable.com/sets/710-2/lockable-storage-case/#parts.

My storage box however has a more bluish handle and the fittings are not similar.
These really seem authentic and I cannot see how they have been replaced without
any signs.

In the set entry for redbox01 (710-2) it's in the notes that it was produced
for the danish market but the text inside is in swedish.

Could anyone help me find this in the catalog? If it is redbox01, are the handles
authentic? If they are, should the description of the part be changed or does
this justify a new entry?

Best Regards

710-2 wasn't only produce for the Danish marked (the note are wrong), it
was sold in Sweden to.
The Box version you have aren't in the catalog.
There are more version of those boxes that aren't in there. I have a blue
box that are close to the "redbox01" with different locks that aren't in
there ether.

And a comment to the Admins:
"redbox02" needs a name change, the handle is red, not white in the main picture.
Add 785-1 as a second image and add a note stating that the color of the handle
should be specified when adding it for sale.

And add a note that "710-2" ("redbox01") came with a Basic Building Set when
it was sold, unfortunately I do not know which one that was included.

I think you need to make a separate message about that, not sure the admins read
all this…
