Buying Privileges - OK
I ordered some pieces at a Belgian shop with 98,46% praise.
When I recieved the package it had the wrong content. A paper with a different
ordernumber was included.
I guess my order was switched with somebody else’s.
I sent three e-mails through bricklink and three private e-mails, but no response.
Maybe seller doesn’t check his mails during this holiday season, but it has almost
been a week now.
What should I do?

Maybe the paper included the email address of the correct recipient? You could
try there, maybe he got your lego

Also you can file a NO Shipping Seller and ask for a paypal dispute.But I suggest
to wait a bit more since its holidays

Go to problem orders, then NSS. That will alert the seller.

I wouldn't contact the buyer whose order you received. This is the seller's
mess to sort out. If you post the order to another buyer and get nothing back,
that is no longer the seller's fault.
