Based on the official set inventory. The issue with these particular parts is that is they are listed as a "Multicombination" part, which Bricklink doesn't really have a color for. This part appears to be Glow In Dark Trans combined with either Trans-Medium/Light Blue, but is most certainly Glow In Dark Trans. Glow In Dark Opaque was retired in 2005/2006.
