| Placed an order at a store and got in touch with the owner, a very friendly lovely
lady. I placed the order but didn't check out, as I was checking my options.
Then I received an email from the lovely lady, telling me the set was reserved
for me, should I wish to purchase. I was taken aback by this, thought it was
very nice of her. We had a back and forth, and from the get-go I noticed she
went out of her way to make the sale work. So today I received the package and
it brought tears to my eyes, without exaggeration.
The parcel was well packed and when I opened it, I noticed the LEGO set was wrapped
in very nice wrapping paper. But then I noticed a second item, which I didn't
order. I unwrapped it and it was an extra poly bag and a wrapped chocolate. And
on top of that a Xmas card wishing me and my family well.
It silenced me, brought tears to my eyes, and gave me goosebumps. Wow, what an
experience, what a lovely lady. This is what we need more off in today's
world.
This made my day. Thank you lovely lady!

| Thanks for posting, nice to hear heart warming stories and not the usual problems
we see.
Worked out who it was from the feedback, looks like it’s certainly not a one
off, best of luck to her.

I've say it before: wish such shared positive experiences were posted more
frequently around here. What a nice first reading of the forum to enjoy with
my coffee this morning. Thanks!
Hopefully Maria will get around to also help build your feedback score. Btw,
there's nothing wrong with naming the member publicly, especially in praise
