Hallo - new on this list - is there a "name" or special forum or website that
caters for the LEGO items that ie SHELL gives customers when they buy 50 liters
gas or you can earn points per liter and then buy a LEGO item from Shell for
a small price ??

They're usually described as promotional sets, and I think that's reflected
in names on Bricklink - searching for 'promotional' finds 304 sets, which
will hopefully include the ones you're looking for.
