I don't see anything matching. It's probably either an undocumented
variation (it is right around the time they switched from blocked open) or it's
counterfeit.

Yes its certainly Pre Vizsla head but not all stud variants are cataloged so
you'd either need to submit a request to add this variant to the catalog
or list under current entry with a note about the stud type you have
