Normally on Bricklink when you place a brick on top of another,the brick will
automatically connects but for some reason lately the brick just doesn't
connect to each other anymore instead it just hovers around the brick whenever
you move it. I don't know if I've accidently changed a setting to make
this happen or its just a glitch?🙃

Assuming you are talking about the Studio program, did you accidentally turn
"Snap" off? Is the "Snap" icon at the top (between "Collision" and "Grid") blue
(on) or white (off)?
