Hello. I have part #30194 in black. In the bricklink data base that color is
not listed. Is it a non Lego then? There is no logo.

If it's not "known" it just means it wasn't known to have come from a
set. The piece in question is listed for sale in black, there is even a picture:

I would not expect an older version of this part to have a logo on it.
