| I'm trying to "order" my shopping list for the Designer Program - 5 sets,
3 for me and the others for my partner. I've been able to add 3 of them,
and check out on lego.com (Windmill, Bowling Alley, Aquarium) but I'm completely
unable to order the Lego Store or Venetian Houses. I get the 'Continue to
Lego.com' button successfully, and clicking on it takes me to my Lego bag,
but I get the empty bag page (although the banner briefly shows 1 item in my
bag).
These were the 2nd and 4th items I tried to add, so it's not a case of having
bought too many - I was able to buy the Bowling Alley and Aquarium after failing
to add the Lego Store.
Anyone else having something similar?

I had the same issue; just reload the LEGO site. Eventually you'll be able
to click on your bag and checkout. It took a couple of minutes for me as well.

Same here with the Venetian Houses. No problems with the Bowling Alley so I placed
an otder for that to make sure I won't miss out. I'll try the Venetian
Houses again later.

Interesting that we're failing on the same one. I wonder if that's part
of the reason it's lagging behind in funding a bit.
I forgot to mention, it does show "Added to Bag" when I click on it (or refresh
the bag page, thanks Emporiosa) but still doesn't actually add. Occasionally
the bag total shows as though it's there, but there's nothing when I
try to check out

I kept refreshing until it did that, then clicked away from the bag (into My
Account) and then back into the bag. It then showed correctly and let me check
out. Hopefully that works for other people too!

I’m in UK and having trouble with Lego Store… it says item added to bag, but
then bag is empty…

I’m in UK and having trouble with Lego Store… it says item added to bag, but
then bag is empty…

errors.

Same issue here for 20 minutes now with the LEGO store, which was my number 1
choice for all rounds.. I'm getting nervous as others have been able to add
to their shopping bag. Tried at least 30 times at this point.

Complaining did the trick as right after it I was able to add to shopping bag
and proceed to checkout! Good luck everyone!
