I assume these are not original Lego pieces, but rather wanted to ask first before
throwing them into the trashbin

So maybe someone can shed some light on their origin

Best

Usually get a few pieces of Tente (Spanish made) in bulk lots.

Rather interesting company

It was a serious competitor to LEGO back in late 70's/early 80's, enough
a threat that TLC rushed the minifig one year in advance (I think because one
of the designers defected to TENTE at that time), hence the mishmash of non-minifig
compatible cars in the early Town theme

Oddly enough TENTE's own "minifigs" are of a very poor design and moulded
as one piece (though movable arms and legs) and not really figs one can build

TENTE has also made a LOT of parts that turned up as LEGO parts many years later

They went bust sometime ago but has recently resurfaced. Parts only I believe,
no sets

I got a TENTE set in the mid 80's and it completely blew my ten-year old
mind that the parts were NOT compatible with LEGO

Why would anyone do somthing as cruel as that?

Loads of interesting designs back then, military ships and very cool space stuff

Cheers,

Ole

Always remember the spacemen figures which I still have somewhere.

I also had a few small sets back then.
