I've tried to find previous forums about this but with no luck. I have some
parts I'm interested in being shipped to another country so they can be sent
with other items to my country. I noticed I can change the shipping address but
not the country when in the checkout phase. My account lets me change all my
shipping details but I only want a few orders sent not to me so I'm worried
that if I change my shipping country and change it back, it might raise red flags
and have my account suspended. Is it possible to change my country address?

I assume that you want to pay by paypal.
You can ask the seller before ordering if he sends to a different address than
yours. Then he could at least charge you for the possibly lower shipping costs.
However, the seller loses his seller protection with paypal and BL will still
charge you import taxes (if they do that for Australia).
