| I pre-ordered two of the sets from the round 1 designer program. When viewing
the list of sets for round two, I noticed a button that says "My preorders".
When I click on it, it takes me to lego.com but it doesn't show my order.
I'm beginning to worry that my order was cancelled for some reason without
me getting any notification about it.
Can anyone help?

I'm wondering if there is something going on with the Lego website. I tried
logging in a few time as sometimes my order were there and sometime I had nothing.
This included some much more recent purchases that were on backorder that weren't
showing up either. If they don't come in, I'd go through your emails
for your records and give Lego a call.

Just checked again, my order from January which showed up the last couple of
times is now gone, and the designer program order is now showing. So it definitely
looks like something is bugging out.

| I remember January 2022 as well, but I wouldn't bet too much on that. I expect
a delay related to the increase in available sets which I'm grateful about
even if I was able to squeeze in among the first 3,000.

I'm pretty sure they said that there was going to be a delay, but only for
those extra sets. The original 3,000 would still ship on time.
But who knows; timeframes are constantly changing around here.

| It was January '22 for the first phase of 5000, then June '22 for the
second phase when orders reopened. The only one that's not clear is the castle,
where it seems 10000+ orders were placed during phase 1 somehow - no idea if
they'll all ship in January, or only 5000 with some orders delayed until
June.

I wasn't able to get it to take my money to get any, however I believe it
was January for all those ordered in the initial window and then those that were
ordered in the second window would be later. Although everything keeps changing
so who knows
