| Please would a BL admin confirm whether VAT is charged on orders from Norway,
placed in UK stores?
If not, I believe it should be.
If so, BL's VOEC number should be provided.

As far as I know Bricklink does not charge VAT on orders from Norway. At least
they did not the last time I got an order from Norway which was in April.

As far as I know Bricklink does not charge VAT on orders from Norway. At least
they did not the last time I got an order from Norway which was in April.

Might be a post Brexit thing. Since the EU has some Trade agreements with Norway.

Okay, I was wrong. Had a bit of a skip through the rules as provided by our local
delivery service. It seems the TAX will be collected from the recipient of the
Order. So I guess the customer will have to pay for it when he collects it based
on the informations on the Duty papers CN22 and the likes.
Maybe someone from Norway can help out here.

Yet, according to Norway's tax administration:
"Foreign suppliers of low value goods must calculate and collect VAT on their
B2C sales to Norway."
So the onus is on Bricklink to collect at point of sale.

That's why I was hoping to bring it to the attention of a BL admin.
BO & Ebay implemented VOEC collection some time ago, so it's not a great
look for BL to be so tardy.
