| Hello everyone,
I've ordered 5 mugs, 1 was ok, 3 broken, 1 with dents. I've given back
4 mugs (free shipping as they have given me label .pdf), they've resent me
4 mugs, 3 were ok, 1 broken. I continue the return story.
The mugs are not protected in the package almost at all. They are wrapped up
in packing paper, no bubble wrap. First order - items in the package were packed
with almost no free space between the items. Second order - they didn't even
secure the mugs between each other. No "fragile" info sticker on either of those.
Even if they will send me the last one and it will be ok - it means they have
shipped out 10 mugs and I've ordered 5. They could have profited double if
they packed it better.
Did you have the same experience with ordering fragile stuff like mugs?
Cheers,
Mateusz

Was this from a seller here, or lego, or another company?

It's from LEGO. The customer care is great no doubt about it but man they
miss a lot of profit on those mugs.

| The warehouse staff probably have to pack to tight time schedules without time
for common sense. Order a big box and a tiny box and they'll just pack them
together without protection often resulting in the big one crushing the small
one.
