I'm looking to purchase a large lot of Minifigure heads, torso assembly and
legs. I don't care what the piece is. The more common the better. I'll
pay .10 cents per piece possibly more. I'm not looking for rare or uncommon
pieces. Just the most common Minifigure parts that are in fair condition without
bite marks or chewed up. Little fading or scratches are fine. Hoping to purchase
several hundred of each part so if you have a bulk lot your looking to flip quick
I'm you guy. Thank you

Price is much fairer on ebay than here. At least shipping cost on ebay is much
fairer
than the people here

helplessness.

He's asking for bulk minifigure parts, not lies about "cheaper" shipping.
You're also advertising another site which is against policy here; your comment
will most likely get cancelled when a moderator sees it.

If shipping is so awful on BL and you don't like it, why are you even active
here on the forums? Just to cause trouble? You said in another comment "Customer's
eye is clear
against cosmetic wording. " yet your stance on only going after free shipping
is proving the exact opposite: that the cosmetic wording of "free" shipping is
blinding you to the fact that you are paying for shipping, it's in the price
of items.

To OP: Don't listen to this new guy; many sellers have great shipping prices
here and will charge you exact shipping costs.

I'm not sure his view on prices or shipping prices on other sites vs. BrickLink
is even borne out by the facts.

To OP: Just do more of your search on elsewhere or at least eBay, then the fact
will become crystal clear. Telling fact is potentially harming someone's
personal selling
benefit so that they are being so worried and over-reacting

Yes, do research. Check Ebay and you might find that the shipping *seems* cheaper.
Then check the prices of the actual items; you'll most likely find that their
prices are much higher compared to here. Why is that? Because they incorporate
the shipping into their price so they can offer their free shipping. You're
still paying for shipping, its just hidden from you. I was a seller for many
years on ebay, I know what I'm talking about. With today's shipping prices,
no business can offer true free shipping and stay ahead; they'll soon sink
and go bankrupt.

Let me also make clear that I am not against offering free shipping (check my
store).
What I am against is you grouping all the sellers here in one big "extortionist
shipping* group. Yes, there are some that are trying to get away with super high
shipping prices, but many do their best to offer the cheapest shipping possible.
But because you hardly see any of the bright and often misleading free shipping
signs here that you often see on ebay, you're making the incorrect assumption
that we steal through our shipping prices without pausing to check the facts.

Your reply is (and I quote): "... shipping cost on ebay is much fairer than the
people here ...". Disregarding the comparison of cost to people, there is no
mention of "some people" or even "many people". Our shop charges _exact_ shipping
cost (the cost we have to pay Canada Post to ship an order) and we have _no_
additional fees.

So I know for a fact the generalization of your statement is definitely NOT factual.

Niek.

Well, Facts speak louder than words.

To the OP, while you are being intensively persuaded by some people here that
their pricing isn't usually higher than elsewhere, do remember always make
comparison in somewhere else then you will make wiser purchase and know what
is fact. You have nothing to lose by making comparison! Just remember this tightly!
remember the fact tightly!

Yes, lots of people on ebay will give free shipping, as ebay has convinced their
sellers that is what their buyers want. So sellers there will give you free shipping
but inflate prices to cover the free shipping costs.

There is no harm in comparing prices, just know what you are comparing.

eBay and BL are very different sites. eBay is essentially single lots predetermined
by the seller, whereas BL is buyers choice about what goes in an order. The OP
might get lucky and find someone selling a bag of heads on ebay for a reasonable
price including shipping but get no choice at all what is in that bag. Whereas
here is better if you want specific heads or choice over how many of a particular
head.

Do an advanced search. You can enter minifigure head and colour yellow. You can
also enter a minimum quantity for each part. Stick 10 in there and you will find
sellers with bulk stocks of generic heads. You will start to recognise store
names that appear under multiple part entries. Go to their stores and look at
what they have.

You can also put restrictions on seller location and price if you want.

Hello,

I have a Sandwich bag full of minifigure pieces. Not all are in perfect condition.
Some are just arms, shoulder pieces. But there is a good assortment of minifigure
pieces. I also have a smaller amount of Incomplete star wars minifigures i would
be willing to sell, would this interest you. If it does i can send pictures later
today.

I have around 225 figs listed in bulk unsorted lots of 20 to 40 each. Price
works out to 50 cents per fig with shipping at USPS cost, which would probably
be $13.75 for a medium flat rate if you bought it all.
