Hallo,
please help me to identify this minifigure. I got it as a gift as a single item
and I would like to know in which set this is in.

Appriciate your support, thanks
Sebastian

This could have been something someone made from parts in the Build-a-minifig
bins in the LEGO stores. I saw all of these parts in the Build-a-minifig bin
in my local LEGO store the other day.
