Hello. I recently downloaded BrickStore to have better control over my inventory.
However when I try importing my store inventory I get the error Download failed:
Host not found. My username and password are correct in settings. My store is
currently closed at the moment while I work on my inventory, but even if I briefly
open it I still get the error. The program has internet access since it can get
set inventories and price guide information.

Some people were having problems with non-standard characters in their password
but this was (supposedly) fixed a while back. There are also problems with passwords
longer than the 15 character limit that Bricklink imposes. Have a look at the
