I paid my BrickLink monthly fee today via PayPal. It was something around 14
dollars.
I open BrickLink about an hour later and I go to the "my profile" area.
There I see a red banner that says that apparently I still have to pay 0.01 USD
more.
I was curious so I went to the "fees" page - where it says that the amount due
is 0.00. Is this a glitch? How can I get rid of the notification that I still
have to pay 0.01 USD?
When I try to click "pay your fee" on the banner in "my profile" it just brings
me to the "my fees" page where the amount due is 0.00 USD. The banner doesn't
go away after that though.

Open a ticket with the Help Desk, Admins have to edit your fee amount manually:
