Does Lego have a "audio" block/technic/speaker part?

Hi!
I recently got a MOC build that would improve 10x with a voice or simply the
audio output and was wondering if theres any official part or alternative that
makes this work?

(basicly it would allow you to import/export an audio file)

One button records a sound clip and the other plays it. But probably a but hard
to hide in a MOC.

I don't know of any official parts that have this function,

Possibly too large and advanced for your liking, but I believe the EV3 can play
sound files.
