If a seller has shipped but it has been more 45 days and still received is that
a non-shipper alert? Or report as something else?
There are many reasons right now why shipping may be slower than usual. If the
seller has marked the order as shipped, it almost certainly has been shipped,
and depending on the situation, you may need to be patient. There are a number
of factors to be considered though, such as what is the sellers feedback like?
Was this an international order?
However you should stay in contact with the seller. Do you have a tracking number?
You could file a Non Shipping Seller alert, but if the seller can then show proof
that the package was shipped, the alert will be removed.
My best advice is to remain in communication with the seller.
