| Rotating a hinge connection changes the hinge's angle. For example, a hinge
angle will change from 250.00° to 305.79° when the pieces (not the hinge) are
rotated by 90°. This also applies when repositioning a connected hinge pieces
(for example, a hinge with a rotational value of 250° will be bumped to 250.17°).
This problem has been persistent since at least a year ago (when I started using
Stud.io), and has yet to be fixed. It's quite finicky, as I'm usually
building models that require accuracies of down to 0.001°.

I'm seeing strange things with the angles too, however you might want to
post about this in the dedicated Stud.io forum - https://forum.bricklink.com/viewforum.php?f=4&sid=5af03331df1db31c6739750d90b39abc
