That is as clear as mud. Maybe 32nd Elvtember.

| The August 15th part is particularly weird as I'm sure the original start
date for round 2, before the round 1 phase 2 changes, was 1st September. November
seems far more likely as I can't see any of it being brought forward, but
someone must have manually changed it to that. Perhaps they meant to type 15th
November?

| I thought this was all a little odd the other day as it seemed unlikely the remaining
sets would have surged to 10k in a few days after a slow start, and the page
is now back to normal with round 1 phase 2 running until 31st August.
Maybe there was a test page that accidentally went live but for those of us eagerly
awaiting round 2 this may be a pointer that it will start on 1st November. I'm
clinging to that anyway

If you go past the Crowdfunding 2 and go the Future crowdfunding for Round three,
it states that that starts on November 1st; so maybe round 2 is on the 15th and
round 3 on the 1st?
But who knows.
