They never stopped sending packages and it all depends on how the shipment has
been sent. UPS takes two days for example and the slowest/cheapest way via USPS
at the end can take anywhere from a week to three months based on my own experience.

What shipping method was the shipper using ?

Did they give you a tracking number ?

How long has it been since they shipped the package ?
