Hi all,

Has anyone experienced delays recently with Canada Post deliveries to the UK,
I ordered from a seller at the middle of June, and they have shipped with a tracking
number via Canada Post, Initially the tracking was showing delivery date of 15th
July then on that date and since it has just gone to item delayed, on their service
updates there is nothing indicating issues with deliveries to the UK only saying
it may take 7-10 days extra due to safety measures, just starting to worry as
if it doesn't arrive may be out of time to generate a refund.

If you paid with PayPal you have six months to report problems.

There are still delays with international post, if the seller has given a proof
of posting with the tracking number I wouldn't worry just yet.

Ignore that

I would not worry even one second.

All my packages have been delivered, with tracking or without tracking, from
Canada or US or Japan or Denmark or UK or ...

Don't generate a refund. That would be very unfair for seller. You have 6
months for that any way.

For the momeny, my packages sent from Germany takes at least 2 months to get
delivered to me.
Sometime a package may get delayed in the customs.

I wouldn't worry too, all my orders to Europe took extra long time to arrive
in the last months. Covid plus the VAT makes insane long times in customs.

The main thing to verify is did it scan out of Canada (like Ville St-Laurent/Montreal
most of the time)? Usually it happens quite quickly, often the next day. After
that, the delays are on the UK side and if you're not seeing another scan,
it's simply because the UK customs are likely overloaded. That's where
most delays occur.

As others mentioned, 6 months now for PayPal so lots of time for a refund - don't
worry about that Based on FB, not sure if the seller you bought from was June
24th but maybe by Aug 24th (2 months), reach out to them and have them open a
case. Sometimes that can help speed things up as they can reach out to Royal
Mail as well to see if there's anything additional they can see in their
systems (as sometimes the tracking doesn't update well).

A tad slow but they are getting through for me. Not as fast as in normal times,
but not as tardy as this time last year. Patience.
