| A buyer orders an order £25. 3 months later complaints 2 small items £3.50 each
item is missing. I can supply 2 more items but I know 100% they were in the order.
If I don’t re issue the parts the buyer demands a full order refund, and then
my 100% feedback will be ruined. What do I do ?? I have put the buyer on my stop
list.

sometimes i was sure i put it in an order and later discovered it was misplaced
but...
if you are right and it WAS in the order..then what to do
you have 2 options
re send the parts and loose 7 pound
or wait for an NSS /paypalclaim and refund all and therefor loose all
happens to us all one day
like in an actual shop..sometimes a thief walkes in
tip..make a picture of all items spread out before sending

Was this a newer buyer or an established one ?
