| Hello
If I have to send a letter inside EU from outside EU.
Brickink have collect VAT. Ok.
What I have to write out in the letter, so they dont will charge again VAT when
it arrive to the buyer country.
It is send without tracking number and I dont have option to give IOSS number
to the carrier. I just fill customs declaration CN23.

That's just the tariff number and, IIRC, it's 9503.00.00:

That's just the tariff number and, IIRC, it's 9503.00.00:

The standard six digit HS Code is:
9503.00 ¹
Anything after that is country specific.
For the EU 9503.00.35 ²
For Canada 9503.00.90 ³
for the US 9503.00.00 ⁴
9503.00.30 is Electric trains, including tracks, signals and other accessories

Probably attach the document you received from BL to confirm the VAT has been
paid in an envelope on the outside.

Probably attach the document you received from BL to confirm the VAT has been

I did, but when this reaches the destination country can be customs didnt check
it and charge VAT again, It will be problem for me also for the buyer...
