last Tuesday which have not been resolved yet. Did anyone of you get any tickets
solved or feedback from the customer service or is it only us?
I just would like to check if it could be a technical issue that we cannot reach

Don't hold your breath, in the past years I've never got any answer to
any of my requests.

BL customer service only operates during normal business hours. They supposedly
work on tickets in the order they are received. They have been known to fall
many days or even weeks behind.
Are you getting automated email responses with ticket numbers? There is a bug
in the Help desk system that any request which does not generate a ticket number
is never received by the office.
Sorry that this has happened to you. I can only imagine how frustrating it is.
