| I'm effectively new here so sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I need
some help. I'm trying to find a program that will allow me to reorder instructions
for something large I made in LDD. I intend on selling these instructions, so
I can't just stick with the unusable order the LDD puts them in. I've
tried using LIC, various LDraw related stuff, LPub, and Blueprint and none of
them are working for unknown reasons.

Use Studio! https://www.bricklink.com/v3/studio/download.page
Note that you won't be able to simply "re-order" the instructions made by
LDD; you'll have to recreate the instructions yourself. But you can follow
LDD as a guide.

Yes, use Studio it changed the game for me.
