| Good afternoon, tell me what to do in this case. The buyer ordered a parcel to
an address not indicated in the profile, a few months later the parcel came back
to me as no one received it there. What should I do in this situation ?.

| First, ask your buyer what happened. Secondly, if the address does not match
that of Paypal, you have no seller protection. So if he asks for the money back,
you will have no choice but to pay back the request.
