I need some assistance with my Pay Pal account. I receive payments through Pay
Pal but for some reason I do not get the opportunity to print a shipping label.
The button where it states to calculate shipping and print a shipping label
has disappeared. Any suggestions to correct this?

I'm having the same issue. All transactions say "We don't have mailing
address on file" and all shipping options are disappeared. My guess is that something
is going on with paypal.
