Hi,
I have a user from USA, North Carolina whom wants to buy something, but the system
wont allow him to do so.
When I check my shipping countries USA is in allowed countries.
Can you please advise where to check this elsewhere and how to unblock this?
I have this in settings
I ship to 216 countries (99% of buyers).
Non shipping countries are only Myanmar, Sudan.

If you don't have onsite payment method, you won't be able to ship to
most of the USA. BL requires this to collect sales tax.
