Hi,

When I try to pay using onsite payment while using instant checkout I keep on
getting the notification PAYPAL_PAYKEY_CREATION_FAILED

It's been going on since April so I don't think it's a site bug which
is what the help desk told me.

Any other ideas of what might resolve this for me?

That is odd, I have not had the problem myself lately, I think I saw this once
when there was an actual PayPal issue. Can you try another browser to see if
maybe it is isolated to that?
