Hey Helpdesk,

I have an order put in on 4/3/21. Since then I have tried several times to
invoice it after shipping costs were added since 4/4/21 and keep getting an 'error
processing your request' on my 'my orders' page after trying to invoice
the order. I put in the ticket on 4/4/21 around noon EST and have heard nothing
back.

Oddly enough I never got an email notification on this order. I've already
written the buyer and apologized for the delay on the invoice, even though it's
out of my control. Could I get some assistance from helpdesk - it's now
been three days I can't finish out an order.

Is this an order that involves sales tax?

Indeed it does have sales tax that does show on the order page and my order summary.
Feel free to cancel or merge the ticket I just put in, I didn't see your
response before writing it, thanks
