Buying Privileges - OK
Ordered the wrong colored brick by accident, contacted seller to replace with
what I wished to buy. Long story short, he told me to go to the problem center
and somehow replace the item. I tried going there, pasted in my Order ID under
"Item Order Removal Request" and I got

Oops! There was a problem processing your request:

Order does not have valid order status for order item removal.

Not even sure if this is the correct place, I don't want to remove, I want
to replace with a similar brick in the seller's inventory.

Thank you, the seller told me they made forgot to do that and fixed it. Now,
when I go to the problem center the closest thing I see is "remove items" but
I do not see how I can replace/add an item to my order that has yet to be shipped.

Also does changing the status halt my shipment? Do I have to ask the seller to
change back once I am done?
