| I am new to this site. I placed and order for 2 bricks for a whopping 6 cents
or something with the total with shipping around 6.30. I was expecting to get
a link to send payment. The invoice just said send payment through paypal.
I have never done this before. I replied to the seller/invoice stating I needed
more info on how to initiate a payment through paypal. I never got a response.
Instead the seller canceled my order and put a strike against me as nonpaying.
I pay for everything I order and all of my bills. I finally was able to contact
the seller through Bricklink on Sunday and the seller told me to send payment
through paypal. I figured out how to do it so I sent payment immediately. I
asked for a confirmation from him that he received payment. I am still waiting.
How do I put a complaint about him. I asked him to remove the complaint against
me because it was not warranted because I did try to contact him and I even sent
him a copy of my email that I had sent him explaining that I didn't know
how to send a payment through paypal. My order still says canceled but he has
my money. I checked with paypal and my payment was submitted to him.

Well that sounds like a pretty terrible first experience. There are many sellers
here but not all of them have customer service skills. If a NPB has been completed
against you your best bet is to just open a case with PayPal to get your money
back. Go here to open a case: https://www.paypal.com/disputes/
Hopefully your future orders go much better!

Check my store and see if I have the 2 bricks you need. If I do, send me a message
and I'll make it worth your while.

That sounds like a truly bad experience, especially as it's your first order
on BrickLink. Make sure to respond to the NPB with proof of your payment; if
your seller still doesn't send your order, you can file a Non-Shipping Seller
(NSS) complaint against him or her. I'd also suggest bookmarking the seller
as disliked so the store doesn't come up in wanted list searches by default.
Last, I'm sure there are many other sellers here on BrickLink who would be
happy to sell to you and with lower fees.

| After reading their terms, I would never buy from them. Claiming they have low
prices but then adding fees for every 50 pieces that amounts to an additional
6.5 cents per piece doesn't exactly make me feel like the prices are indeed
cheap.
And I quote:
All orders will include a $1.50 handling fee.
My prices are extremely low and I intend to keep them that way for individuals
that need to purchase their one off pieces.
Please note that at each 50 piece interval per order there is a $3.25 additional
charge. For example if you order anywhere from 50-99 pieces there will be a $3.25
additional charge. If you order 100-149 pieces, there will be a $6.50 additional
charge.
