Hello

I've just got an order that I can't add any costs such as shipping
or extra charges to. The buyer just placed the order yesterday and the costs
section is all greyed out like they already paid for it, but I never sent an
invoice or received any payment. I'm wondering if there is a way to fix this.

Is the order marked as paid? Sometimes it happens that a buyer marks an order
as paid (accidentally, one hopes) before money has actually changed hands.

With the edit order button you can change the payment status to none. Then you
can add the costs and invoice the order.

In the settings of the orders received page you can select Separate payment status
from the order status.

hi i am having trouble sending invoice... i enter shipping cost and select ready
and click invoice and then i get server error!! i have tried what i have seen
on here wonder if you could help me please would be greatly appeciated thank
you
