| Goodmorning everyone,
I’ve question, a customer wants a price on some sets and with shipment, but he
can’t find the quote button.
As a service, is it possible that the store owner can create a quote for the
customer, so that the customer only has to accept and pay the offer?

In your store settings, under the management tab, under store/inventory options,
check the box next to "Accept Quote Requests." Buyers should then be able to
request a quote at checkout.

| Thanks for the reply, but that function was already enabled.
What happens now, is that customers send me a list with things they’d like to
buy.
So I thought, maybe I can convert that list into a quote, with all costs included
and send it to the customer.

That's strange. I tried to purchase something from your store, but I didn't
see the option to request a quote. Unless I am mistaken, if you have quotes enabled,
buyers should see a "Request Quote" button at the last step of the checkout process.

That's exactly what a quote is. The only difference is that the customer
has to find all the things in your store, put them in their cart, and check out.

That's not possible to create a quote.
Have you also enabled the Allow Quote Requests checkbox within your
available manual invoice shipping methods?
