Hello! A buyer in China wants to check out for his order from my store but gets
the following message: "No Shipping Methods Available. I'm sorry but the
seller can't ship your order with any of the shipping method available."

I have orders open to all countries. Other foreign buyers have used either the
Quote feature or Leave Order Open so that I can manually invoice them but this
buyer does not see that option.

I've checked my shipping methods and options and even created a new one specifically
for China and manual invoice but still nada.

Am I missing something somewhere? Some setting I overlooked? Or is there a simple
solution someone can offer that I can create a new shipping method so that this
buyer can complete their order?

Thanks in advance!

Have them send you a screenshot of their cart, I have found that when listing
some items the dimensions of whatever it is are overlooked sometimes and will
trigger that message. If they do send you a screenshot it will have a little
lightning bolt next to the item. You can go in and edit the item with dimensions
and that will fix it. Happened to me yesterday. While not a common problem, it's
also not uncommon.

I'd look beyond shipping and temporarily disable all of the payment options
in your Payment Method Accepted for Buyers Outside of USA, except for
Onsite method. Then have your buyer retry.

You can alway reinstate them afterwards, if you still wish to that is. Although,
I don't see why you'd offer to accept USPS money order or Cashiers Check,
from abroad.
