Hi, I have a question about an order I made, as there doesn't seem to be
any info about it available in the help or problem centers. I placed an order
at a store and after no contact for a week from the seller filed an NRS complaint,
and later that same day the seller sent me an invoice. I paid the invoice two
days ago, but today the seller's store was suspended. Will I be able to get
my money back? Do I need to wait two weeks to cancel the order even though the
store is suspended?

Why is the store suspended?
If you paid via Paypal you can open a claim.

I think it has to do with my NRS complaint as the seller's feedback makes
that sound like something of a common occurrence. I paid with PayPal onsite,
how could I open a claim, and how long do you think I should wait to do so?

On the PayPal website you can start a dispute.
Search for the payment details and follow the steps.

I would give it a little time. The store was suspended for breaking some rule,
but that doesn't take away their ability to fill an order that you placed
and paid for. I would think it likely that everything is going to be fine.
Wait a week and you'll still have plenty of time to get it straightened out
if nothing comes. (And they may be unsuspended by then. They may have just
failed to pay their fees or something)
