Hi, I made an order. After I made an item removal request to delete and substract
some parts. Now the seller told me, that he is not able to remove only some parts
of the order. He said, I should contact BL to solve the problem.

Iam not sure why he cant accept my request. Earlier I always never had problems
with the item removal request.

Do someone know what the problem could be?

Could it be, because the order is still pending?

Lego is "improving" the system (that is sarcasm). Things do not work how they
used to and they do not update instructions. Very frustrating!

BrickLink has been updating our invoice and order systems to include sales tax
and VAT. It's messed up lots of stuff.
Your seller should NOT expect you to contact BrickLink. Their customer service
could take weeks to get back to you if at all. Tell the seller to go ahead with
the order as it stands, adjust their own inventory if needed, and manually credit
you the correct amount.

The seller could have changed the payment status to none with the Edit Order
button on the orders received page.
Then changed the order status to ready and refund the overpayment for the item
and start the Item In Order Removal Request for you to approve.
