| Would the two carbonite charatcers from the Razor Crest set qualify as minifigs,
if they’re just stickers applied to bricks?
Personally I don’t believe they should and can probably answer my own question
by referring to the Palpatine hologram sticker brick from 6211
Just thought I’d ask the question, seeing as the Han Solo carbonite parts have
minifig entries.

Not saying you're wrong but this:

That is not depicting a minifigure though, it is a hologram of a minifigure,
so more like a TV screen than an actual figure. Whereas for carbonite the character
is frozen inside so is present.

Same convention is followed with this hologram:
It is a utensil rather than a figure.
Whereas these similar parts:
are minifigures.

| One could argue how much a character a bunch of carbonite and a frozen person
in it has.
I'm sure it has been argued much already.
Given that is an actual character which interacts with others even
though it's just a brick. Carbonite Han can't move around.
Anyway. Since Carbonite Han is a minifig the new carbonite character bricks should
be a minifig too. The Catmin's decided that Holo Palpatine isn't a character
and this is consistend enough for me.

Given the carbonite version can be brought back to life, I'd say all of the
character is in it.
To add to the uni-kitty brick character, this wardrobe can have its face ripped
off and still be a minifigure
