When I do the last step of a mass inventory upload from Brick stock all of the
information disappeared and it says "Invalid File Format"

This happened yesterday right after I had a successful upload. So I tried
again today and it still will not work.

Any ideas for me?

Others are reporting similar difficulties. It was working for me yesterday, but
today I cannot download my store inventory.

If Bricklink breaks Brickstock, that will be a serious problem.

Calsbricks: Thank you for trying to help - I'm kind of old that is why I
never tried this before because I'm not really good with all the computer
things. So I'm not sure how to do what you suggested. But I did it the
exact same way it did the first one and it was fine.

I did notice that the other person that answered me was also from the States
and they were having trouble also.

Not sure what the issue is but it is not region based, no issues right now.

I just tried again and was able to download my inventory via Brickstock.

Like most of the other issues I'm having with the site, it appears to be
intermittent. So I guess the solution is to try again and hope they figure it
out.

NO problems here both uploading and downloading - did 4 inventory updates today
and just completed nightly download of store inventory.

Invalid file format sounds like something is missing in your data file.

Instead of trying to upload to bricklink - open the file in a text editor and
have a look at it - you may spot something

You can compare the text file with the guidelines on Bricklink and see if something
is missing.
