Hi Catmins,

Part No: 4207 Name: Ladder 14 x 2.5 with 13 Steps
*
4207 Ladder 14 x 2.5 with 13 Steps
Parts: Ladder
is being split in LDraw.

Well, actually, 4207a has been there for a while but it wasn’t really a variant,
it was made because the previous 3D model was not correct.
So, now 4207b has just been introduced, and the differences are known: Bumps
vs. Half-Bumps.

There, so just you know and decide if it deserves an entry in the to-look-at
list.

I'd like to see a comparison image of these parts if possible. Does anyone
have the two variants? If so, please upload a comparison picture for the catalog
entry.

Should have mentioned, the newer half bump has the part number on the 4th rung
from the top and the Copyright TM 3rd rung from the bottom, the old full bump
has no part number and only the LEGO logo on the 3rd rung from the bottom.

Thanks for the pics and precisions Jean!

A note: “Half” exactly means “half,” as in “cut in half,” not “half-size.” Thanks
to the forum, it’s a bit fuzzy on Jean’s pic but the top bump only has its right
half and the bottom bump its left. The cut is vertical.
