Hi

Just to confirm as not totally sure, if I initiate a NPB against someone and
they don't end up paying can they leave me negative feedback or is it blocked?

Hi!

Short answer:
Correct

Long answer:
I needed to do this 2 times so far (3-4 weeks of no response/payment).
This (see picture) is what my orders page looked like afterwards (don't know
if I got negative feedback that has been deleted or if this "Feedback Removed"
appears anyway after completed NPB).
Also, those orders will stay in "Filed" orders forever, they will not be purged.

Only if you complete the NPB.

When the buyer does not respond you can complete the NPB and cancel the order
after 1 week, if they respond but still do not pay it takes 2 weeks before you
can complete the NPB and cancel the order.
So check the date carefully, if you do it too soon you can’t complete the NPB
(but you can cancel the order) and are open to non positive feedback.

When cancelling the order after completing an NPB you can return the parts into
your shop again and Bricklink will skip the fees you otherwise needed to pay.

The cross (X) at the feedback part of your buyer always says ‘feedback removed’
but it almost never is like this. It means the posibillity of the buyer to give
feeback is blocked.
