I've searched and I can't find the answer. Received an order on 9/4/19
and invoiced on 9/5. Since then buyer has messaged me with questions, which
I answered. All correspondence was through BL messages, and I've haven't
deleted them. Sent another invoice yesterday. Today buyer sent another message
asking me to ship, to which I responded I'd ship once he pays, I don't
do COD.

Now I have a cancellation request, the reason being seller not responding. I've
replied to every message and BL clearly show all replies were read. Buyer has
5 FB, 3 positive and 2 neutral for cancelling so it seems this is a habit with
him.

My questions, what happens if you have a seller not responding on your account,
is it counted against a seller? Also, can one be removed if you can prove it
isn't true?

Darcy

If the buyer files a Non Responding Seller alert, make sure you reply to it to
show that you have communicated with your buyer. That should take care of it.

As regards the buyer, if you have invoiced, wait the seven days for payment and
then file an NPB, non paying buyer notice. Leave accurate feedback. In 2 neutrals
out of five feedback is a problem buyer, and other sellers should be warned.

Deny the request and start the NPB process.
The buyer can cancel the order by accepting the penalty and you'll be protected
from negative feedback.

From a buyer's perspective, if you want to cancel an order, there are very
few options to select as the reason for cancelling.

I've only cancelled one order, and the reason was NRS. The cancellation
was completed 2 1/2 months after the order was placed and I still didn't
have an invoice, despite many BL messages and notes on the order. At the end
of the NRS period, I cancelled the order, removed the NRS and left no feedback.
I was just glad to have it resolved.

BL is a great community. Mostly responsible folks who buy and sell Lego fairly,
and take responsibility for their own mistakes. I'm sorry you're dealing
with this.

I've suspended the buying privileges in this case. A long string of unpaid
orders and hassling sellers. By the looks of the questions, this person is likely
underage.

What helps us in this situation is the completion of NPB's. If nobody does
it the problem does not usually reach our attention.

Thank you Russell, I did open a NPB and noticed at the time he was suddenly suspended,
will close and issue the strike when it's time anyway I guess, just in case
he manages to get reinstated. It was pretty clear he was making a habit of not
paying based on his FB, just wish previous sellers had done the same, the NPB
is there for a reason.
