If we are not electing to use the "new My BL" can we have a way to remove the
dialog box at the top of the My BL page?
We want to allow users the option to switch back and forth as the classic My
BL page will eventually be removed. We will remove the dialog box at the top
when the classic page is no longer an option.

How about making it smaller? The size of the dialog box is causing the layout
issues with the classic view. This is especially true on "unsupported" mobile
devices.
