Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to give a quick update about what's going on with the site
slowness. We seem to have encountered several users that are sending large amounts
of requests to our server, which is causing the resulting traffic issues. We
are blocking the abusive IP addresses one at a time, but it may take a little
bit before traffic is back to normal. We appreciate your patience while we work
to resolve the issue.

Issues reported directly to the help desk will be resolved as quickly as possible.
