-Update/merge regions of France

Hurrah!

Too bad there’re some errors:

1. Normandie is spelled -ie in French, not -y.
2. Alsace-Champagne-Ardenne-Lorraine is Grand Est. (Official September 28th 2016.)
3. Aquitaine-Limousin-Poitou-Charentes is Nouvelle Aquitaine. (Official September
2016.)
4. Centre is Centre-Val de Loire. (Official 16th January 2015.)
5. Languedoc-Roussillon-Midi-Pyrénées is Occitanie. (Official September 30th
2016.)
6. Nord-Pas-de-Calais-Picardie is Hauts-de-France. (Official September 28th 2016.)

(Please, mind the hyphens.)

I know I first filed the bug in January 2016 when all the names weren’t yet official
but the bug had to be reopened in February 2017 and, at that time, they were
correct on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regions_of_France

Now, especially with these inflated names, if we could have correct addresses,
without the région? Pretty please with sugar on top?

Indeed, that région line is totally useless in the case of France (as far as
I know). Especially since the names aren't even right, postal services may
get totally lost about what it is. It's long and confusing.

Here’re some references (in English) (already given to BL in Feb):
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Address_(geography)#France
http://www.postadressglobal.com/country/france/formatting-and-structure-of-french-addresses/
http://www.bitboost.com/ref/international-address-formats/france/

Maybe one day BL will correctly format (French) addresses. I’m nothing but obdurate,
I never miss an opportunity to remind them.
Regio delenda est!

Hey Jaclyn,

Can we get an update on instant checkout?

Do you need more user testing?

Do you have any anticipated date of rollout?

Thank you,

Jacob
